House Call Trip Fee

$45-$100  

One house call trip fee is applied per visit, regardless of the number of pets you have.  The fee is determined by location. **Additional Fee if outside normal business hours.

Exam & Consultations

Canine Vaccines

$20-$55 per Vaccine

Dr. Kablack currently offers the Distemper Combo 1 and 3 Year, Rabies 1 and 3 Year, Intranasal Bordetella, Leptospirosis, Lyme and Canine Influenza Vaccinations.

Feline Vaccines

$20-$55 per Vaccine

Dr. Kablack currently offers the Feline Distemper 1 and 3 Year, Rabies 1 and 3 year, and the Feline Leukemia Vaccinations.

Lab Work

$100-$300

CBC (Complete Blood Count), Blood Chemistries, Electrolyte Panel, Thyroid Panel, Urinalysis.

Fecal Exams

Home Euthanasia 

$250 ***Trip fee is not included.  The fee is determined based on your location.

Aftercare Cremation Services

 Dr. Kablack understands the significance of your beloved pet's final journey. She works in conjunction with Agape Pet Services to ensure your pet's body is treated with dignity and respect. 

$375-$475 Private Cremation:  Your pet is cremated privately. Dr. Kablack will transfer your pet from your home.   Once cremation is completed, she will deliver your pet's ashes to you.

$150-$250 Communal Cremation: - Dr. Kablack transfers your pet to Agape. Your pet is cremated with other pets; remains are not returned.
